Every report needs enough context for a reviewer who was not in the room. Capture the unit, the person responsible, and the period covered — as structured fields, so reports can be sorted and filtered instead of skimmed.
- Chapter, club, committee, or role — as a dropdown of real options.
- The reporting officer's name, role, and email for follow-up questions.
- The reporting period and the date the report was approved or signed off.
