Entry identity
Identify exactly what is being scored.
Start each submission with the contestant, team, entry code, proposal, match, or round. Use a dropdown when the organizer has a fixed roster; it prevents spelling variations that split one contestant across several spreadsheet rows. Blind competitions should show an assigned code instead of a name. Include category and round when the same entry can appear more than once.
- Judge or scorekeeper name and, when useful, panel assignment.
- Contestant, team, entry code, heat, division, match, or round.
- Date and version of the rubric when criteria can change between stages.
