Customer context
Distinguish a first order from an established relationship.
A first-time customer and a repeat buyer may discover, evaluate, and navigate the store differently. Ask a simple order-history question when that distinction matters. Do not request the customer's name, order number, email, or products again if your survey connection already provides that context.
- Is this your first purchase from us?
- For repeat buyers, use broad order-frequency ranges.
- Branch loyalty questions away from first-time customers.
