Explain what the result can and cannot tell someone.
Open with the learning objective, expected completion time, and how responses will be handled. State that the profile reflects answers to these scenarios and is intended for self-reflection. If it is not a validated psychometric instrument, do not present it as one or use the score as a proxy for leadership potential.
- Name the audience, program, and facilitation purpose.
- Separate development reflection from performance appraisal or selection.
- Tell participants who can see individual answers and summaries.
