Contact identity
Make the person easy to reach.
Start with the minimum details needed for a reply. Name and email are usually enough for a first inquiry; phone, role, and company can be optional unless they change how the request is handled. Label business email only when a work address is genuinely useful.
- Full name and email address as the dependable reply path.
- Phone number with a preferred contact method or call window.
- Company, role, website, or location when relevant to the service.
