Response context
Identify the experience being reviewed.
Start with only the context needed to interpret and route the response. A project, appointment date, service type, location, or account team is usually more useful than a long set of profile questions. Decide whether the client must identify themselves or may respond anonymously.
- Project, service, appointment, or milestone under review.
- Service date, location, or team when it affects routing.
- Optional client name and email when anonymous input is acceptable.
